Access and purpose

With your authorization, Project Core uses Google Drive to maintain project context, work items, artifacts, evidence, audit history, and recovery copies. It requests https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive, which permits viewing and managing all Drive files.

Project Core selects registered project folders and referenced files for its workflows. Background Drive change detection can receive file identifiers, names, types, folder relationships, sizes, modification times, and removed or trashed status beyond those folders before applying project filters.

Storage and processing

Google Drive stores project documents and publications. Cloudflare Workers process project changes, and Cloudflare D1 stores project registries, source identities, admitted records and derived context, indexed changes, audit information, and operational diagnostics.

The owner's Mac stores local working data, staged context, artifacts, and recovery copies. Authorization material is managed separately through macOS Keychain and Cloudflare secret facilities.

Sharing and assistant workflows

Google and Cloudflare process data to provide the storage and processing functions described above. When the owner uses assistant workflows, selected project context, work items, and declared artifacts may be made available to the chosen assistant service, including OpenAI services used for that workflow.

Google authorization is not blanket consent to unrelated disclosure or use.

Retention and removal

Project records, audit history, and recovery copies persist until the owner deliberately removes them through the relevant storage and tools. Revoking Google access stops future authorized API access but does not itself delete existing Drive publications, Cloudflare database records, local copies, or content already supplied to an assistant.

Your controls

You may revoke the app's Google access through your Google Account's third-party connections controls. You may also contact the operator to request that background processing stop and retained copies be removed where operationally supported.

Google API Limited Use

Project Core WP-1 POC's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google-derived data will be used only for the disclosed user-facing project features, not sold, used for advertising or credit decisions, or used to train general-purpose AI models.

Changes

This policy will be kept consistent with the app's actual practices. Material new uses of Google data will be disclosed and handled with any consent required by applicable policy.
